Return Policy Elizabeta Jewelry takes great pride in our record and reputation of our client's happiness! If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of your experience with Elizabeta Jewelry, please inform us. For the purchase of any standard (non custom) order, if you change your mind for any reason at all within 20 business days, simply return it in unused condition for a refund of the purchase price, less the current rate of insured delivery by UPS. For the purchase of custom orders which includes Beverley K and Mark Schneider designs, we will refund your purchase price minus shipping if there is a defect in the merchandise. These pieces are made to order so returns for other reasons are not available. If the piece is the wrong size and cannot be resized, we will exchange the piece for a different size, but there will be a 25% restocking fee as these are made to order. Please be aware and understand that as a policy, Elizabeta Jewelry will not accept any returns of any items that have been kept for more than 20 business days or items that have been altered in any way (damaged, engraved, resized, etc.).
